Wade Airheart, owner and instructor at Construction Data, Inc.
Wade Airheart, owner and instructor at Construction Data, Inc., has had 15 years of experience with Contractor licensing. Over 30,000 students have come to Wade for instruction and help in receiving their contractor’s licenses in both New Mexico and Texas. Wade has years of experience in construction code, sales, marketing, advertising, employee management, and business management.

During his 15 years of business ownership, Wade has owned a contractor’s licensing company and an insurance company. He has owned and operated a payroll company which also handled employee benefits. Currently, Wade owns and manages companies in two states. His skills and experience in management led him to author a video series entitled “Success in Business.” He has held a New Mexico Contractor’s license since 2003 and has been a licensed insurance agent since 2005.

Wade Airheart and Construction Data, Inc. strive to provide the highest level of quality education to their clients. Mr. Airheart has mastered the code related to Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. Along with his knowledge of code, he is fluent in his knowledge of the rules and regulations which licensees must follow. As the seminars offered by Construction Data are live instructed, students may ask questions and get immediate answers.

Since Construction Data has never canceled a seminar for any reason, the quality and consistency of the class never changes. Since Wade Airheart is the only instructor, there is no turn-over of instructors which could likely cause the need for cancellation, lower the quality of education, or cause inconsistency in the quality of education. Construction Data, Inc. has never cancelled a seminar for any reason.

In the years that Construction Data, Inc. has been offering a continuing education course, we have directed the course in the direction that the clientele requested. This is a good way to make sure the material covered in class is pertinent to what the clients feel they need to know. This is the best way to improve the class so that clients will learn what they need to know to be the best contractors they can be.
